Network Support Officer (24/7)

Job Description

– Ensure Network uptime and manage Telco escalations

 

– Maintain SLA on the availability of Network Infrastructure​

 

– Handles and manages Campus and Branch Network Equipment​

 

– Manages UBP Wi-Fi and fixed lines and ensures stability and usage are compliant to security standards​

 

– Manages Telephony routers and equipment and ensures stability and uptime

 

– Coordination with partner vendors relating to Network and Communication availability​

 

– Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution​

 

– Role requires 24/7 monitoring of Network ad Telephony Links

Experience

– At least 2 year experience in networking software and security, VLAN, VOIP, QoS, and Wi-Fi technology.​

 

– Has knowledge and background on Windows Active Directory (AD) systems., LDAP Network configuration

 

– Network Equipment: Cisco, Huawei, and other network equipment
