This position is crucial for managing the organization’s master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all business systems. The MDM Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing MDM solutions, ensuring high- quality data is available for business operations and analytics.
– Design, develop, and maintain master data management solutions to improve data quality and governance.
– Implement data integration processes to centralize master data across various systems and platforms.
– Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and establish data management policies.
– Define and enforce data quality standards and metrics, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
– Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MDM processes to meet performance and scalability requirements.
– Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data governance and MDM solutions.
– Work with IT teams to integrate MDM with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow.

– Stay updated with the latest MDM tools, technologies, and best practices.
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
– Proven experience with master data management solutions and data integration tools.
– Strong knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
– Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or IBM InfoSphere MDM.
– Proficiency in SQL and data integration technologies like ETL tools.
– Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
– Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
– Experience with data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance in the banking or finance industry.
– Knowledge of cloud-based MDM solutions (AWS, Azure,Informatica).
– Professional certifications in data management or related fields (e.g., DAMA, CDMP).
